Our process
- 01
Arrive and assess
On-site within hours of your call. We document the source, the affected area, the moisture content of every wet material, and the category of water involved.
- 02
Stop the spread
Containment goes up. Wet contents move. Anti-microbial applied where Cat 2 or Cat 3 is involved.
- 03
Dry to standard
Calibrated equipment running. Daily psychrometric readings recorded. Drying continues until materials hit equilibrium with the unaffected portion of your property.
- 04
Document and hand off
Final readings, photo log, scope of work, and category determination delivered to you. If you have a Public Adjuster or attorney, they get the same package.

Why this matters
Time is structure
Every hour wet drywall stays wet is an hour mold colonization gets closer to inevitable. Speed isn't marketing — it's how we keep the demo small.
Documentation that survives review
Adjusters and defense experts get the kind of file they expect — daily logs, moisture readings, photo timeline, line-item scope. Not a sticky note.
Direct billing only
We don't take Assignment of Benefits — Florida law no longer makes that a viable mechanism. You stay in control of your claim.

Common questions about this service

The other two services we perform
We do exactly three. No fire, no reconstruction. The other two, in case you came to the wrong page first.
Mold Remediation
Source removal, containment with HEPA filtration and negative pressure, surface cleaning per protocol. Performed under Florida license MRSR5149.
Mold Assessment
Pre-remediation scoping and protocol writing, post-remediation verification, air and surface sampling, written assessment reports. Performed under Florida license MRSA5179.
Storm Damage Restoration
Emergency board-up, tarp-up, and water extraction after a storm — plus the documentation your claim needs. We stabilize and dry; we refer the rebuild to a licensed contractor.
