Our process
- 01
Emergency stabilization
We board up openings and tarp the roof to stop water from entering. Every hour of open intrusion makes the loss worse, so this comes first.
- 02
Water extraction
We remove standing water and saturated materials, working from the lowest-lying areas outward.
- 03
Drying and monitoring
We set air movers and dehumidifiers, then log psychrometric readings daily until materials reach dry standard.
- 04
Documentation handoff
We package photos, moisture logs, and scope notes for your estimator and adjuster — built to survive carrier review.

Why this matters
We stop the water — we don't rebuild it
Panther performs emergency mitigation and drying. We hold no Florida contractor license, so roof repair and structural rebuild go to a licensed contractor we can refer. We tell you that upfront.
Documentation that defends the claim
Storm claims get scrutinized. Our daily logs, moisture readings, and photo records are built so your estimator and adjuster have what they need.
Bilingual, same-day, owner-run
You talk to the person doing the work, in English or Spanish. Same-day response across our Miami-Dade core area.

The other two services we perform
We do exactly three. No fire, no reconstruction. The other two, in case you came to the wrong page first.
