/01 — The story
How we got here.
Panther Restorations LLC was registered with the State of Florida in February 2024. The team behind it has been performing mitigation and mold work across Florida since July 2023 — first through Panther and through affiliated entity US Premium Restoration during the transition. As of January 2026, the combined project count exceeds 500.
In 2026 we relaunched the operation from a Doral base. South Florida is where the work is — and the homeowner who calls at 2 AM about a burst pipe deserves to talk to someone who's bilingual without it being a sales bullet point.
We do three things. Water mitigation, mold remediation, and mold assessment. We do them under Florida licenses MRSR5149 and MRSA5179, held personally by the principal. We don't do fire damage because we're not IICRC-certified for it. We don't do reconstruction because we don't hold a Florida contractor license. The lines around our scope are deliberate — we'd rather refer you to a vetted contractor for the rebuild than pretend we can do everything.

/03 — The scope
What we are. What we're not.
We are
- Florida-licensed for water mitigation, mold remediation, and mold assessment
- Bilingual EN/ES on every job, every report, every call
- Operating under documented IICRC-aligned procedures
- Direct-bill to insured — no Assignment of Benefits
- Documentation built for carrier review
We're not
- Fire damage restoration specialists
- Contractors for reconstruction (no Florida CGC/CBC/CRC license)
- Acting as assessor AND remediator on the same property (Florida law)
- A franchise — no national overhead, no shared call center
Florida Statute §468.8419
The assessor and the remediator are not the same firm. That's not a limitation — it's your protection.
Florida law prohibits the same individual or firm from acting as Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator on the same property within 12 months. When both services are needed, we perform one and refer the other to an independent licensed firm. The separation is your check on the work.
